Here's how it works:

1. SELECT A PACKAGE: Begin by choosing one of our packages that best fits your needs.
2. CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER: After selecting your package, you can choose your backgrounds (CUSTOMIZE) and browse through our add-on options. Whether it's extra prints or digital files, you can tailor your order to create the perfect collection of memories.
3. ADD FREE RETOUCHING: If you would like FREE RETOUCHING for small blemishes, shine and fly away hairs, you will see this selection at the shopping cart review stage. Retouching IS offered on group photos so disregard the wording and feel free to add retouching to your group photos at no charge!  IF YOU DO NOT CHOOSE RETOUCHING then your images will not be retouched and you won’t be able to add it after you receive your order.
4. PLACE YOUR ORDER: Once you've made your selections, simply proceed to checkout to review and pay.  If you do not receive a receipt by email, please contact our studio.
5. DELIVERY:  All orders are mailed within Canada ONLY for $8.95+tax for prints up to 8x10, and $17.15+tax for larger prints (added in your cart). For international shipping, please contact our studio for a custom quote. Orders with digital files ONLY are exempt from shipping charges. **Please confirm your full shipping address, including postal code and apartment number. Returns due to incorrect details will incur extra shipping charges.
6. TIME: Every image ordered is individually, professionally edited by a person so finished packages take between 4-6 weeks plus shipping for prints and 3-4 weeks for digital files.
